During a routine inspection
We spoke to one visitor who said they had no problems with their relative's care and felt there was always enough staff on duty to meet their needs. They also felt confident that if they made a complaint it would be taken seriously. They also said they felt the chairs were shabby and dirty in the lounge area.
Another visitor told us that until recently they had been satisfied with the care their relative received but now felt they were not always safe as there were times when no staff were present in the lounge areas. They also felt their relative had not received medical attention on one occasion when it was required.
