During an inspection in response to concerns
People told us that care staff had insufficient information with which to care for them. They often spent time with new staff telling them how to meet their needs. People told us that their care needs had not been reviewed and that the agency had not asked them how they felt the agency was meeting their needs.
People told us that they had raised complaints about the way they receive care but these were not responded to by the agency...
At the time of this review the agency was being managed by a registered manager from another of Agincare' domiciliary services. Agincare Blandford had been without a manager for some time. We had been informed of a number of concerns about the agency by people that used the service and the local authorities safeguarding team.
