During a routine inspection

During our visit we spoke to some of the people who live at the home. They told us that they were happy with the care that they received. They said that the staff were kind and caring. One person told us, 'this is my home and the other residents and staff are like my family'. Another person told us, 'I want for nothing'.

The staff who we spoke to told us that they were happy in their work. They said that they were well supported. They said that they had the information and training they needed to do their jobs.
