During a routine inspection
During our visits we spoke with six people who used the services.
People spoke highly of the care, support and treatment choices available to them. They felt listened to and involved in decisions about their care and treatment. One person told us ''The staff are brilliant I can't fault the service; they go out of their way to help you and are never too busy to see me'. Another person said 'I have got stability back in my life and been put in the right direction for jobs and housing'.
People described staff as very supportive of any decisions they made. 'It's good to come in and not be judged'. People told us that staff treated them with respect.
