During a routine inspection
During the inspection, we spoke with the registered manager, two members of staff and five people who used the service.
We found that consent was obtained from people who used the service in relation to their care and treatment. The provider consistently acted in accordance with people's wishes.
We found that the care and treatment needs of people who used the service were met.
One person told us: 'They [staff] are very good. They are helpful and supportive. They give good guidance. Everything is completely confidential'.
We found that there were effective recruitment and selection procedures in place.
We found that records were accurate, fit for purpose and met the needs of people who used the service.
