During a routine inspection
People told us they were happy living at Whipton Barton House. People's privacy and dignity was respected by staff. People's health and well-being was assessed, and care was provided in a way that suited people's individual needs. There was a training programme in place and staff had been provided with training to safeguard vulnerable people and to respond to complaints. The manager addressed complaints in a robust manner and ensured lessons were learnt from concerns.
During this visit, we inspected four outcome areas; all four were compliant.
