During a routine inspection
People said they liked living at the home. One person said, 'I like it here.' Another person said, 'I like it here. I love it here. It's a pleasure to live here.'
People said they were treated well by the staff who they described as kind.
People said they liked their bedroom and showed us they had a key to their bedroom door for privacy and security.
People said they were supported well by the home's staff.
People were aware they had a care plan and had full access to the information about them.
We were told by people they attended a range of activities including work, attending a day centre, social clubs and holidays. People also said they were able to be independent with some activities such as going out. People said they took part in domestic routines in the home such as cleaning.
People said staff were available to help them.
