During a routine inspection
We asked the person if they were happy with their care at Park Lodge. They told us, 'it's ok to live here. The staff are ok, they talk to me kindly and nicely.'
The person confirmed they consent to things on a daily basis. Their records showed they consented to the care they received and it was reviewed on a regular basis.
People felt safe at Park Lodge and staff understood how to safeguard vulnerable adults from abuse.
People's health, safety and welfare was ensured as there were enough experienced and skilled staff to support people.
People were asked for their views of the service and the provider took account of people's complaints and acted on them efficiently.
