During a routine inspection
People's treatment records were detailed, up to date and held securely.
We heard that positive working relationships with other health care professionals and services were established.
We saw that the consultation / treatment rooms and staff offices were clean and tidy. Systems to ensure people, staff, information and equipment were kept secure were in place. Records were available which showed that regularly planned maintenance was carried out.
We saw that robust recruitment and vetting procedures were followed. This helped to ensure that only appropriate staff were recruited.
We saw that information about making a complaint was available to people although we heard that the clinic had not received any complaints. A comments box was available and we saw that people's comments and suggestions were responded to.
