During a routine inspection
'Staff help me to make choices, for breakfast, and meals, I like sea food and sausages best'.
'Staff are great, help us and that'
'They help me go shopping, I love shopping'.
'They help me see my family'.
'I go swimming, to art and computer classes and dancing'.
'The best thing about living here is my key worker'.
We also observed staff interactions with people to help us understand how people's needs were supported. We observed that all staff treated people with respect, protected their dignity and had professional, positive relationships with people.
Overall, people we spoke to told us they felt safe, that their needs were being met, they got on well with the staff and felt respected by the way staff supported them.
