Patient comments included that staff were welcoming and attentive, acted with integrity, and showed compassion. Comments included, ‘I am a nervous patient, but (dentist) chatted with me first and asked me questions to see what if any problems I may have. (They) managed to put me at ease and explained my treatment plan thoroughly after my checkup’. Also, ‘Excellent experience throughout. Patient centred care from medical and nursing staff. Always felt at ease’. Patients said staff were professional, courteous and considerate. Patients felt they were treated as individuals, and their personal and cultural needs were respected.
