During an inspection looking at part of the service
We found that the provider had taken appropriate action since our last inspection to ensure that people using the service were protected from the risks of inadequate nutrition and dehydration. New monitoring charts were used to record the food and drink offered to and consumed by people who were identified as at risk of inadequate nutrition and dehydration. There were new systems in place to monitor the charts and to ensure action was taken as necessary to ensure people were supported to eat and drink sufficient amounts to meet their needs.
