During a routine inspection
People with whom we spoke confirmed that they felt respected and involved by staff. People also informed us that they were aware of the impending move to the new location and that they and their relatives had been consulted about this change.
They were able to outline how the impending move would affect them and that they had been provided with active choices regarding their bedroom in the new service. This included choice of location, outlook and room d'cor.
People also reported that they were satisfied with the care and attention provided by staff. They felt able to approach staff if they had any concerns and were confident that these would be addressed appropriately.
