During an inspection in response to concerns
We found that staff treated people with dignity and respect. People told us staff sought their views with regard to how their care was provided.
People told us their needs had been assessed before the agency provided them with care. They also said they were involved in planning their care. People told us they had been asked to sign their care plan and they were provided with a copy.
We found staff had been trained in safeguarding vulnerable adults and they had access to guidance which instructed them regarding how to respond to suspected abuse.
People told us that on the whole they received consistency in the staff that provided their care. We found that there were sufficient staff to provide the service.
We found that there were systems in place to monitor the quality of the service provided. We found where an incident had occurred the registered manager had reviewed the incident and taken measures to address the issues they identified.
