During a routine inspection
People received care that met their needs. Records showed that people had access to see other healthcare professionals when needed. One person told us they were looked after by staff.
Arrangements were in place to ensure that safeguarding concerns were appropriately raised.
The management of medicines was appropriate and people received their medicines as prescribed.
We found that selection and recruitment processes were suitable to ensure that people were looked after by appropriate staff.
Systems were in place to monitor the quality of the service.
We found that people's care records were not always fit for purpose and detailed.
