Workforce wellbeing and enablement
The provider had systems and processes in place to promote and support staff wellbeing. Staff had been consulted and asked for suggestions to changes to the working hours when numbers of people living at the service had reduced. When staff were off work due to sickness or for other reasons they were supported by a member of the management team.
