During a routine inspection
Five people told us that on the whole they had the same team of support staff on a regular basis and they liked this because it meant they could build up a rapport and relationship with people. One person told us that in the past there had been problems because they didn't have regular carers but this was a number of years ago. One person said, "I asked to have the same people and they always try to make sure this happens. The only time there is a change is when one of the girls is on holiday but they let me know well in advance'.
People who used the service told us that staff respected their privacy and made sure that their dignity was maintained. They also told us that they were involved in developing their care plans and consulted about developments in the service.
