During an inspection in response to concerns
One person described the care worker who visited their house, 'she is an absolute angel'.
All the people we spoke to told us that their family member had experienced missed or late visits in recent weeks. One person told us that staff at the office would call them to advise if staff were going to be delayed.
A relative told us that on occasion a carer had to spend more time with her relative because of an emergency, which made them late for the next person. They told us they understood that things happened which impacted on the timings of visits.
One person told us that before the beginning of 2012 they had rarely had any problems and their missed care visits seem to have been an isolated occurrence.
