During a routine inspection

We spoke with three of the people that use the service and one of their relatives. They told us that they were happy with the care that they received and that it was 'first class, fantastic and very good.' One person said 'The service is excellent and I have no complaints at all.' Another person said 'The staff are kind, caring and knowledgeable and do all that I ask of them.'

People told us that they were happy with their support plans and the quality of the service. They said that they met their needs. People told us that they felt safe when the agency's staff were in their homes. We found that staff had been trained and had received regular updates in their training. Staff told us that they felt well supported to do their work. People had expressed their views and were involved in making decisions about their care and treatment.
