During a routine inspection
Care plans included detailed information about the needs and abilities of people. There was evidence that people were involved in making simple decisions about their care. Where complex decisions were required there were systems in place to support people.
The home had a robust recruitment procedure in place to ensure that they employed suitable staff to work in the home. There were safe systems in place for the management of medication.
The home had systems in place to assist people with raising concerns. This was achieved either through conversation with people or through regular monitoring of people's behaviours and experiences.
