During a routine inspection
People were involved in their assessment of needs and the development of their care plan. Their views were taken into account and they were therefore able to influence the delivery of their service.
People were satisfied with the support they received with their medication and confirmed they received their medication when they needed it.
People felt the manager and the staff team were approachable and accessible and said they could talk to them at any time if they had any concerns or queries. People were given the opportunity to complete a satisfaction questionnaire once a year. We noted all the people who responded to the last survey indicated they were satisfied with their service.
