During a routine inspection
People told us they had been given information before they started to use the service and were visited by a supervisor. One person told us "They gave me a brochure with information and contact numbers for the office in it" and another person said "The supervisor visited me and told me about the care they could offer me".
People said they felt "Safe" and had no concerns about the care provided. They told us that they "Liked" the staff and knew who would be coming each time.
We spoke with staff who said they received regular training, supervision and felt "Supported". However, we found concerns around the lack of training for some staff which could affect the care and support that was provided to people who used the service.
People told us that the service regularly asked for feedback about the care provided and they felt they could speak with the manager if they had any concerns. One person said "They often call me and ask me if I'm happy with them" and another person said "The supervisor comes regularly to see that I'm happy with the service".
