During a routine inspection
The service planned and delivered care and support so that people's needs were met and privacy, dignity and independence were respected. Staff supported people in an engaging way and regular activities were arranged.
A relative we spoke with told us 'They are very accommodating if you need to change anything for emergencies.' Another relative told us 'If they can help you, they will.'
People told us they felt safe at The Close and there were sufficient numbers of suitably qualified and skilled staff employed to care for people using the service.
The manager had systems in place to regularly check the quality of the care and people were consulted about the care received.
