During a routine inspection
Another person told us that the staff were 'fantastic' because they noticed when they had missed appointments, the staff from the clinic took the time to phone them in case there was something wrong. They told us that the supportive attitude of the staff had encouraged them to continue using the service and this had made a difference in helping them to manage their addiction.
All the people told us that the service offered a 'drop in' facility so they could access the service without having to make an appointment. They also told us that the service had a dedicated telephone line so they could get additional support any time of the day or night.
One person told us that the staff had asked them if they had any disabilities or additional requirements. This was so they could make arrangements to accommodate these needs to enable them to use the service.
