During a routine inspection
They also told us that the staff were 'professional and knowledgeable' and had given them lots of information about how to manage their alcohol addiction. They told us that staff had told them about other support groups that were available for them to use, including the 'relapse prevention group'. They said by using the support groups, a difference was made to their lives and that they were 'enjoying' using the service.
Another person told us that staff were 'non-judgemental' and this had enabled them to talk about their addiction and the difficulties they were facing. They also told us that the service had a dedicated telephone line so they could access additional support any time of the day or night.
