During a routine inspection
People received support which helped them to be independent in their own homes. When talking about the staff, one person commented "they help me to organise my life". Another person we spoke with appreciated the support that they received with financial matters.
We looked at three standards that were not being met at the last inspection. Action had been taken to make improvements in these areas. We saw, for example that a new format was being used for the support plans, which meant that there was better information about people's needs. We also found that there was a better system in place for monitoring the quality of the service.
