During a routine inspection
People were fully supported, within their individual capabilities, to be involved in decisions about their own care.
People had been given information about the service in pictures and easy-read language to help them with their communication needs.
People were supported to take part in monthly care plan meetings so that they could make their own decisions about their future goals, needs and lifestyles.
There was a good relationship between the people who lived at the location and staff. People chose to spend time with staff, and enjoyed chatting and going out to social activities with them.
People said that they 'like' their rooms. Each person was fully involved in choosing the decoration and furnishings in their home.
