One person visiting the service told us that staff were discreet ensuring confidentiality was maintained. They also commented; 'The service is great, they explain everything properly' and 'I like the staff, they are good, they don't judge you about anything'.
Information was provided for people enabling them to make informed decisions about the care, treatment and support options available to them.
The service worked collaboratively with other providers so that people received safe and effective care and support, which met their individual needs.
Suitable staffing arrangements were in place to support the service. The team comprised of both clinical and non-clinical staff. Relevant training and support was provided ensuring the staff were equipped to carry out their duties effectively.
Systems to monitor and review the quality of service provided were in place to check that people received a quality service.
The provider had an effective system in place for the reporting and responding to any complaints or concerns brought to their attention.
