During a routine inspection
At the time we visited, twenty people were receiving a care service which ranged from one to four visits per day. People had full access to their care records which were kept in their flats. The care documents we looked at had been signed by the person who used the service.
People who received a care package were happy with the service and told us: 'The girls are wonderful', 'I couldn't fault them' and 'All the staff are lovely'. People's care plans clearly identified the support the person required and were reviewed every six months or sooner if a change to the person's needs was identified. A relative we spoke with told us 'Anytime we have had an issue it has been dealt with'.
