During a routine inspection
Care and support was planned and delivered in a way that was intended to ensure people's safety and welfare. One person said: 'I'm happy with the way I'm cared for' and 'I've no complaints at all'. The other person commented that staff had a 'Good regard to our independence'. A system to monitor the induction, training and supervision that all staff received was in place, to ensure that all staff received appropriate professional development. People who we spoke with told us that the staff had the right knowledge and skills to do the job. One person said: 'You couldn't wish for better staff'. We found that people were protected from the risk of infection because appropriate guidance had been followed. People were protected from the risks of unsafe or inappropriate care and treatment because accurate and appropriate records were maintained.
