During a routine inspection
People experienced care, treatment and support that met their needs and protected their rights. People who had recently used the service told us they were satisfied with the support and treatment they received.
People had recently told the People who used the service were protected from the risk of abuse, because the provider had taken reasonable steps to identify the possibility of abuse and prevent abuse from happening. People who had recently used the service told us they felt safe visiting the clinic.
People were cared for, or supported by, suitably qualified, skilled and experienced staff.
The provider had an effective system to regularly assess and monitor the quality of service that people receive.The provider also had an effective system in place to identify, assess and manage risks to the health, safety and welfare of people who used the service.
