During a routine inspection
People and relatives told us that the agency had carried out an assessment before the service started and that they had a copy of the support plan in their home. People and relatives told us that the service was flexible and responded to changes that needed to be made. One person said 'They keep good track of what's going on.'
People told us they were happy with the support provided and that it met their needs. People told us that they were treated with respect and that staff maintained their privacy and dignity. One relative said staff were 'careful' and 'kind' with the person using the service. They told us that staff completed the care and support required.
People and relatives we spoke with were confident that they could raise concerns if they were not happy with the care being provided and that they would be listened to. Most of them said they had not had cause to do this.
