Date of assessment 14 May 2024 to 19 June 2024. Delore Care East Sussex is a domiciliary care service providing personal care to people who live in their own home. We undertook this assessment due to concerns we received about the quality and safety of the service people received. The CQC only inspects the service being received by people provided with ‘personal care’, help with tasks related to personal hygiene and eating. Where they do, we also take into account any wider social care provided. At the time of this assessment, there were 116 people using the service who received personal care. We have not previously rated this service. This assessment did not cover all parts of our Single Assessment Framework; therefore, we have only updated scores and ratings for those areas which we have assessed. We will carry out future assessments to cover other parts of the Framework and will update our website with our findings.
