During a routine inspection
People we spoke with told us they were given clear explanations about what treatment they required and knew what to expect. Some people we spoke with who were private patients told us they knew how much they needed to pay because they were on a dental payment plan. We were told NHS patients would be given an NHS treatment plan which would inform them of what treatment they had or required and how much they needed to pay.
Some people we spoke with told us the practice had been recommended by friends or family before they joined and they were really pleased with the treatment they received. One person told us they were very anxious when they visited the dentist from previous experiences. They told us their dentist 'puts them at ease' and explained things in a way that helped them understand which has made them more feel more relaxed when they visit the dentist.
