During a routine inspection
We spoke with people in private at the practice address. Everyone we spoke with said they had their treatment options fully explained to them. People told us they were supported to make decisions and choices regarding their care and treatment. One person said, 'I am given clear information regarding my treatment options and expectations."
People told us they did not have to wait too long for appointments and they were always welcomed in a friendly manner. One person said, 'I have never had a problem getting an appointment and if I have needed to see someone urgently this has been arranged."
All of the people we spoke with said the standard of care was good and that they were satisfied with the treatment they received.
People told us the surgery and practice building were always clean when they visited. One person said, 'It's a very clean practice."
All of the people we spoke with said that the staff were friendly and approachable. One person told us "I used to be nervous, but not here, the staff put you at ease."
Some of the people we spoke with said they knew how to complain. A copy of the complaints procedure was displayed for patients in the waiting area. All patients spoken with said they would feel confident in rasing any concerns.
