During a routine inspection
People that used the practice were very positive about their experiences with the dental practice. People told us that staff were polite and put them at ease. They told us they were given enough information about different treatment options and fees to make an informed decision about the treatment they received. The people we spoke with also told us that they never felt pressured into making a decision.
Comments that we received about the service included:
'They are brilliant. I never feel rushed and they take the time to tell you what they are going to do.'
'The dentist was very honest with what they could do; they didn't pretend they could fix it completely.'
'(The dentist) is brilliant; they won't do something until you understand.'
'I think it's absolutely fantastic' the service is brilliant.'
'(The dentist) explained the treatment in great detail, what they were going to do and why they were doing it. They put me at ease by explaining everything.'
