During a routine inspection
People told us that they believed the care they received was very good. One person said, 'I am always told what needs to be done, how many appointments I will need, and what I have to pay'. Another person told us that they felt they were seen in a timely fashion and had been seen on the day they phoned when they had an emergency.
Everyone told us that the surgery was always clean and when they entered the instruments were covered or were freshly opened. This assured them they had not previously been used.
