Patient comments about their experiences at the dentist included, 'It's a good surgery. It's clean, well run and efficient. You're always seen in an emergency and there's no concerns/complaints. They're professional, but make you feel at home ' they get the balance right', '[The dentist's] good. He knows what needs to be done and it's always explained and clear to you' and 'Everything's explained. They're flexible with appointments and you don't feel scared to ask. It doesn't hurt, they're reassuring and very kind.'
