During a routine inspection
Patients told us that they felt well informed and were happy with the care and treatment that they received. They told us that they had been fully involved in making decisions about their care and treatment and knew the costs involved.
We reviewed the facilities and practice in relation to infection control. Patients told us the practice was clean, that staff washed their hands regularly and wore protective clothing. We reviewed the facilities and practice in relation to infection control. We found that risks associated with cross infection had not been fully assessed.
We looked at the systems and processes the practice had in place to respond to complaints. These demonstrated that suitable systems had been established to ensure complaints were dealt with appropriately.
