We saw that people who used the service had signed consent forms and records were clearly presented.
People were pleased with the treatment and care they received from individual therapists. All the people we spoke with felt that the treatment had helped them to some degree.
We saw that there was systematic co-operation with other providers of care in the area but that some of the boundaries between the mental health services were unclear.
There were sufficient staff of the right level of skills to cater for the demands on the service.
The provider had effective systems in place to monitor the quality of the service provided.
