During a routine inspection
We looked at the premises. The building was not purpose built but provided easy access for users of the service. We found the premises were maintained well and that there were health and safety monitoring in place.
The consulting rooms offered privacy and a confidential environment for users. The documents we saw showed that recovery plans were user focused offering choices about how individual goals could be achieved and the support each individual would need.
The medicines prescribing documents were signed by a doctor and sent directly to a nominated pharmacy chosen by the service user, to access treatment. Patient data was held electronically and was up to date.
Systems were in place to investigate peoples concerns.
