During a routine inspection
We found people were involved in choosing their treatment and were made aware of costs and length of treatment. When we observed a consultation we saw the person was treated with dignity and respect.
The practice was clean and well maintained. We saw equipment was cleaned and sterilised according to statutory guidelines.
We found staff received appropriate continuous professional development and maintained records to support this. Staff were recruited appropriately and suitable checks were undertaken prior to employment.
The providers had systems in place to monitor and assess the quality of the service they provided. They sought the opinion of people who used the service and listened to suggestions to make improvements. All checks on maintenance, cleanliness and efficiency of equipment used were up to date.
