During a routine inspection
We saw that care and treatment was planned and delivered in line with people's needs. A detailed medical history was taken and checked at each appointment to ensure the safety of people's treatment.
Staff understood the signs and symptoms of abuse and knew how to protect people. The service had a policy to guide staff practice with regard to safeguarding vulnerable adults and children.
We read that people had confidence in the staff who treated them. One person had written " I feel confident in the staff abilities, and they are always helpful and pleasant."
Customer satisfaction surveys were left in the reception area for people to complete. We read some of these, and saw that they were all positive. The provider had an effective method for assessing the quality and the safety of the service provided.
