We found that people who used the service were provided with information about the treatments available. Treatment was planned and delivered in a way that was intended to ensure people's safety and welfare. People were complimentary about the treatment they received. They described the treatment as, "excellent" and "good."
There were effective systems in place to reduce the risk and spread of infection. People told us that the practice was "spotless."
People were complimentary about the attributes of staff. One person informed us, "Each and every one of the staff are excellent. They are welcoming, helpful and efficient."
People told us that they thought staff knew what they were doing. People told us, "They are so skilled. He (the dentist) has been great, I have been to other dentists and he is the only one who has sorted out my pain. It has made a huge difference to me." We found that people were cared for by staff who were skilled and supported to deliver care and treatment safely and to an appropriate standard.
There was an effective system in place to regularly assess and monitor the quality of service that people received.
