During a routine inspection
People are cared for appropriately in a way to uphold their dignity while actively involving them in treatment while encouraging them to share their views over the service provided. Consent is sought before treatment commences and further consent sought if treatment needs change.
An active velnerable adults and childrens safeguarding policy is evident and staff have been fully trainied in safeguarding issues.
A complaints policy is available for people and all complaints are handled confidentially by the provider.
Full records, both patient and for equipment are maintained and are stored appropriately. Confidential information is stored in restricted access locked cupboards.
