During a routine inspection
We found the practice was visibly clean and the necessary decontamination standards were being met. In addition, we found the provider had suitable complaints processes in place and staff clearly understand the arrangements for managing complaints. We also found staff were supported in their work and offered the necessary training and support to maintain and develop their skills.
We spoke with two people who attended the practice for a check-up/treatment and one person commented how they were delighted with the service provided to them and their family. Another person said staff were pleasant and they too were happy with the service.
