During a routine inspection
On the day of our visit, we spoke with two dentists, two dental nurses and the practice manager. We also spoke with two people who were registered with the practice and observed a patient consultation. Following our visit, we contacted a further four people by telephone who were registered with the practice to ask them about their experiences of the service.
People that used the service were very positive about their experiences with the dental practice. They felt they were given enough information about their treatment options and the relevant fees, and were able to ask all the questions they wanted to.
Comments that we received about the service included:
'It doesn't feel like I'm going to a dentist. I enjoy coming here. They make me feel so comfortable.'
"Everything was fully explained to me in detail, this was quite a surprise compared to previous experiences with other dentists.'
"The service and treatment I received was absolutely stunning, I can't speak more highly of them.'
