During a routine inspection
People experienced care, treatment and support that met their needs and protected their rights. We spoke with four people and they told us that they were happy with the service they received. We looked at the feedback from 18 people who had returned a survey to the practice in April. These showed that people reported very high levels of satisfaction with the practice.
People were treated in a clean, hygienic environment. The people we spoke with told us that they had no concerns with the hygiene within the practice. One person told us, "It's clean enough here, there is no problem with the hygiene here.'
People were cared for, or supported by suitably qualified, skilled and experienced staff. Appropriate checks had been undertaken before staff were employed by the practice.
There were quality monitoring programmes in place, which included people being asked to provide feed-back about their care and treatment. This provided a good overview of the quality of the service provided.
