During a routine inspection
We asked people if they would recommend the service to others, they said they would. One person replied, 'Yes, it's very good.' Another person remarked, 'I certainly would, although most of the people we know come here anyway.'
People told us they felt respected by staff and were fully involved in the decisions about their dental care and treatment.
People who paid for their NHS treatment told us that they were aware of what treatments were included under the NHS, and which treatments they needed to pay for privately.
We observed that the reception and clinical areas were clean and tidy. As we gave short notice of our inspection, we asked people if they always found it to be of the same standard. They told us it did. One person said, 'It's always nice in here.'
