During a routine inspection
People told us that they could always get an appointment and the practice was flexible. During our visit we saw people attending for emergency appointments. We spoke with one person who told us that the practice had fitted them in to see a dentist even though they did not meet the emergency criteria. They told us, 'The practice have been very good fitting me in, I know this problem isn't really an emergency but it is to me and I am very grateful to be seen today.'
We found that people had their privacy and dignity respected.
We found that people were protected from the risk of infection as care was delivered in a clean and hygienic environment.
People were treated and supported by, suitably qualified, skilled and experienced staff.
People told us that they felt comfortable in raising a concern or complaint with staff working at the practice.
